These Terms of Purchase ("Terms") govern the purchase of products (including western boots and accessories) from the Tecoyas website (www.tecoyas.com, "Website") by you ("Customer"). By placing an order on the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

1. Order Placement & Confirmation

1.1 To place an order, you must provide accurate and complete information (including shipping address, contact details, and payment information) during the checkout process. Tecoyas reserves the right to reject any order if the provided information is incomplete, inaccurate, or suspected of fraud.
1.2 Upon submitting an order, you will receive an automated confirmation email acknowledging receipt of your order. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order; Tecoyas will send a separate "Order Shipped" email once your order is processed and dispatched, which marks the official acceptance of your order.
1.3 All product prices displayed on the Website are in United States Dollars (USD), which is the sole currency accepted for purchases. Prices include applicable taxes (where required by law) but do not require additional calculation for shipping fees (see Section 3 for details on shipping).

2. Shipping & Delivery

2.1 Order Processing & Dispatch: Tecoyas will process and ship your order within 1-3 business days from the date of order confirmation (excluding weekends, public holidays, and periods of high demand where minor delays may occur). You will receive a tracking number via email once your order is shipped, allowing you to monitor the delivery status.
2.2 Delivery Timeline: After dispatch, the estimated delivery time for all orders is 6-12 business days. This timeline applies to all destinations and does not require differentiation between domestic and international shipping. Tecoyas is not liable for delivery delays caused by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to customs clearance delays, carrier disruptions, or extreme weather conditions.
2.3 Shipping Responsibility: Once your order is handed over to the designated carrier, the risk of loss or damage to the products passes to you. However, if you receive damaged, defective, or incorrect products, please contact our customer service team (via [email protected]) within 48 hours of delivery to initiate a resolution.

3. Shipping Fees

Tecoyas offers free global shipping for all orders, regardless of order value or destination. No additional shipping charges will be added to your order total during checkout.

4. Returns & Refunds

4.1 Return Eligibility: You may return any unused, unworn, and undamaged products (with original tags, packaging, and accessories intact) for a refund within 60 days from the date of delivery. Custom or bespoke products (e.g., personalized boots with custom embossing) are not eligible for returns unless they are defective or incorrect due to Tecoyas’ error.
4.2 Return Process: To initiate a return:

b. Our team will review your request and provide a return authorization (RA) number and return shipping instructions (if applicable).
c. Ship the product(s) back to the designated address (provided with the RA number) within 14 days of receiving the RA. You are responsible for ensuring the return package is properly packaged to avoid damage during transit.
4.3 Refund Processing: Once Tecoyas receives and inspects the returned product(s) (to confirm eligibility), we will initiate a refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Refund timelines may vary slightly depending on your payment provider’s processing rules; Tecoyas is not liable for delays caused by the payment provider.
4.4 Non-Refundable Items: Shipping costs (if applicable, though Tecoyas offers free shipping) and any customization fees for bespoke products are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or error by Tecoyas.

5. Payment Terms

7. Limitation of Liability
